Elements and Performance Criteria

1. Participate in intermediate level golf activities.
   • Interpret and apply golf rules, regulations and policies to golf participation.
   • Participate in golf training activities and competitions in a safe manner, according to organisational policies and procedures.
   • Link and perform intermediate level golf skills to form a sequence of movements in practice and competition conditions.
   • Communicate with coach during activities using golf terminology.
2. Prepare to compete in golf at an intermediate level.
   • Consult with coach to identify intermediate tactical and technical golf skills to be developed.
   • Participate in training activities to develop identified intermediate level tactical and technical golf skills.
   • Analyse own and opposition strengths and weaknesses to develop game plans for golf competitions.
3. Implement golf game plan at an intermediate level.
   • Implement game plans during competition.
   • Interpret golf game statistics to identify and implement adjustments to improve intermediate level performance during competition.
   • Maintain communication with coach before, during and after competitions.
4. Review intermediate level golf performance.
   • Seek feedback from coach and support staff to identify areas to improve own intermediate level golf performance.
   • Analyse golf competition statistics to identify own strengths and weaknesses.
   • Reflect on own intermediate level golf performance to identify areas for improvement.
   • Analyse findings and incorporate learnings in future intermediate level golf training and competition.
